Deliveries and Shipping

Shop online and have your items delivered
We use registered couriers like Fargo or G4S or DHL

Delivery Options

Nairobi Delivery: all orders within Nairobi are processed within 2 business days in case of any adjustments one of our reprensentatives will inform you.

Collect in Store: all orders can be collected in person from any of our stores. Please be sure to let us know the date, time and store so we can have your item ready.

Country wide delivery: Once we confirm your order and delivery details we will confirm the delivery charges with you. This can take up to 5 working days.

International shipping: We use DHL for international shipping, once we receive your order we will be in touch with the shipping charges, once payment is made we will ship your order within 24hrs, this may take up to 5 to 24 working days.

Order Tracking

If you have received your dispatch email, with your tracking information, then this means that your order is on the way, simply visit the courier’s site and enter the tracking number and hit track package to track your order.

Item(s) Missing From Your Order?

We are sorry an item is missing, we’ve either packed it wrong or it’s coming in more than one parcel. If your expected delivery date has passed, then please head over to our Contact Us section and we will follow it up for you.

Faulty Items

We’re really sorry to hear that you’ve received an item that’s not in perfect condition. So that we can get this fixed for you please contact us  within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.

To help us get this fixed for you ASAP, when you first contact us please include the following information;

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Product name and code – this info can be found on your confirmation email.
  • Picture of the fault – Please attach an image of the faulty item.
  • Description of the fault

Received an Incorrect Item

We will get this fixed for you ASAP, please contact us. When you send us an email please include the following information:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Product name and code of the item ordered
  • Product name and code of the item received
  • Picture of the incorrect item and a description of the incorrect item received

Please wait until you’ve spoken to our Customer Care team before you return anything to us so we can make sure we get the correct item to you as quickly as possible.
