Please note, we cannot offer refunds on cosmetics, skincare, pierced jewellery
and fashion face-masks if they have been opened or are out of the packaging.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds & Returns

  • Do I need a receipt from my purchase?
  • Yes. Goods will be accepted back only if the original receipt is present.
  • Do you take everything back?
  • Perishable and consumable goods (like chocolates, cookies and other food and drink items,jewellery, hygiene and personal care products) are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Is there a time limit?
  • Items must be returned within 7 days from date of purchase.
  • What if the item is used?
  • All returns and exchanges must be new, unused and in original packaging, with exceptions for defective merchandise and products.
  • Do I get my money back when I return an item?
  • We do not offer cash back for items being returned. You may exchange an item for something else, or we will issue a credit note for the full purchase price or the item being returned that you can use towards another purchase at another time.
